1. Prescription Medications

  • Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

    • Due to FDA regulations and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have been shipped.

    • Exceptions may apply only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect (see Section 3).

2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products & Wellness Items

  • Eligible for Return/Refund Within 14 Days (if unopened & in original packaging).

    • Contact us at [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

    • Order number & details.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Refunds reflect in 3-5 business days (varies by bank).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Changed your mind about a prescription order.

  • Opened or used OTC products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 1 hour of placing the order (if not yet processed).
