1. Prescription Medications
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
Due to FDA regulations and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they have been shipped.
Exceptions may apply only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect (see Section 3).
2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products & Wellness Items
Eligible for Return/Refund Within 14 Days (if unopened & in original packaging).

Customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
Order number & details.
We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Refunds reflect in 3-5 business days (varies by bank).
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Changed your mind about a prescription order.
Opened or used OTC products (for hygiene reasons).
Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancel within 1 hour of placing the order (if not yet processed).
